Overview
Mezzes are an integral part of Istanbul lifestyle. As part of the Istanbul Elsewhere project, bak created a campaign that would promote this little known culinary tradition to the rest of the world.
First stop was to create a dedicated YouTube channel and then to produce content. We invited chefs from all over the world to contribute. The chefs, present their recipes and dive deep into the customs and traditions of the Mezze kitchen. We created the concept, design, social media and digital content to promote the channel.
It's been so successful that it's now become a project in its own right and our team are busy filming the next set of videos. You can find the films on Mezze Project YouTube Channel
